We hold informal wine tasting sessions – for small or large groups, for guests staying with us, for guests coming to the restaurant, and for people who just want to spend a few hours in the countryside with a glass of organic wine.
At our tastings we invite you to sample our latest organic wines, introducing you to the processes we use on the vineyard and in the winery to create them.
Anyone attending a wine tasting is of course welcome to stay for dinner and find out how our wines taste when they’re accompanied by a traditional Sicilian menu!
Wine tastings should be booked in advance and are available for 20 Euros per person. Wine tastings take place at 12 noon or 6.30pm.
