Check-in and check-out times and payment details
Check-in is open from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. From 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, self-check-in is also available, with the assistance of instructions from account Management. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, self-check-in is available.
- Payment for rooms is due on the day of check-in, usually before or after dinner. Payment for other services (dinners, cooking classes, wine tastings, extras) is due immediately after breakfast on the day of check-out. After payment, guests may remain in their rooms until 11:00 AM.
- Dinner usually begins at 8:00 PM. For any requests for early or late arrivals, please contact the Kitchen and Restaurant Manager.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The dining room staff will ask for a rough time the evening before to ensure the most efficient service possible.

- Consuming food and drinks on the bed is strictly prohibited; any damage or irreparable stains on fabrics, sheets, or bathroom towels will be charged to the guest's account.
- The use of bathroom towels to remove makeup is not permitted. Our courtesy kit includes makeup remover wipes.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room.
- We kindly ask you to take care of the spaces and furnishings. In the event of damage, a fee may be charged for repair or replacement.

- Pets are allowed on the property, but under certain conditions. Use of bed linens and towels is prohibited, and pets are not permitted on beds, armchairs, chairs, or tables. Please note that the Agriturismo is located in the countryside, so adequate flea and tick prevention is required.
